I'm fairly certain that the language used in legal documents is not simply precise english, but rather a secret language taught only to lawyers. It looks like english, but a couple paragraphs in it could suddenly turn in to welsh and I wouldn't know, because my eyes glazed over to the point where they resemble doughnuts roundabout the second sentence. Heck, it's easier to make sense of "Time Cube" than this...this THING. (It's so flabbergasting I can't even think of a proper insult. My gast has never been so flabbered!)

The same holds true for medical papers, where I can't even get through the title before my eyes start their Krispy Kreme impression.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out if I can actually use any of these stock photos on the website I'm building. The wording seems somewhat nebulous at best, suggesting that you can't use them in any electronic form at all. But then it's quite clear that websites are one of the permitted uses... Oog, my head. I get the feeling this was written by a lawyer who didn't have the concept of websites and the internet explained to him so much as explained at him.

All technical language, by definition, isn't technically english but a set of technical terms strung together with english grammar rules.
