After having a guitar for, oh, more years than I can remember, I'm finally taking a guitar class. This makes me happy - and my fingers sore. I think I can actually feel the calluses forming. But really, I haven't felt quite like this in a while - music is good.
Oh, and I really have to share a quote from the professor - "Guitars aren't percussion — except during a concert of The Who." He also, while walking around to check our tuning, randomly played a short bit of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" before moving on. This is going to be a fun class, I'm sure.
On a completely unrelated note, this jacket is possibly the best jacket ever. (Well, if you're into graphic design.)

I'm going to relearn the electric keyboard first, though. So much has changed with that instrument. I need to find a modern one that is full featured.
