Dec. 30th, 2007 12:34 pmSo, I'm transferring to a "real" college from my community college this upcoming semester. Since I'm moving in in about a week, I was reviewing the "things to take" list on the college's website. However, I got to this line on the things not to bring list and I can't stop laughing: "Pets, except for freshwater non-flesh eating varieties." Notice it doesn't actually say "fish" anywhere. Presumably they've had past incidents with rabid glasses of saltwater prowling about and biting off peoples' tongues. BLUB BLUB BLUB BL BLOOP BLEE BLUBS*
Also, the page was a bit slow to load, resulting in the do not bring listing for "George Foreman grills, hot plates, space heaters, etc." showing as simply "George Foreman" for a few moments. I don't think I'd want George Foreman in my room anyway - it'll be small enough as is without a boxer lurking about.
*LOLspeak translation: NOM NOM NOM I EET UR TUNGS
