(no subject)

I have an apartment now! Actually, I've had it for a few weeks, but I haven't really fully moved in yet due to the holidays. It's going to be sort of like a dorm room, as it's right down the street from the college campus. (Being a community college, there's no dorms, and the weather looks like it's going to be worse this year, so this will work out quite well.) It is quite nice. Aside from the sudden smoking smell that's cropped up in the kitchen. Assuming all goes well, I should get my internet connection hooked up tomorrow. This is making me quite happy and excited.

Also, I got a bird-feeder for Christmas! It clamps onto the balcony railing. Hopefully, it'll work up on the second floor. I'm also tempted to knit a tea-cozy for the new teapot I got as well.

I think I might take some pictures and put them up after I get back from the New Year family trip down to Ohio.
