Hah! All that putzing about with redirects and trying to rewrite links, and the answer was practically sitting in front of me. Figured it out while looking at the source for this script. To fix these new ads, just add delall("//div[@class='iframe']"); to the end of it.

Problem solved! And hopefully none others created.
