Frakin' Hypothetical

If a Vietnamese person by the name of "Phuc" (apparently a common Vietnamese name) were to appear on a television interview, would the censors bleep out his name each time it was said? If not, how many complaints would the FCC get?

[ Existing example: AOL censors "Phuc" in its chatrooms, viewing it as an alternate spellink of the f-word. ]

If you haven't yet read Neil Gaiman's Hugo-nominated short story How To Talk To Girls At Parties, you can listen to it read by him here. The full text is there as well.

It's a beautiful little science fiction story, even if the title doesn't sound like it.
